WEDDING ACCOMMODATION

Thank you for your RSVP and following the link to book your on-site accommodation. Your options are below.

If you don’t need accommodation, just scroll down to familiarise yourself with some rules on-site. Job done!

We have done our best to ensure everyone can stay with us without needing to look for external accommodation. The roads to and from are unlit dirt tracks and can be hazardous after dark. Staying on-site will also add to the overall experience we have planned for our guests.

There will be no options for Ubers. Any taxis will need to be pre-booked using a service in either Anglesea or Lorne.

The nominal fee ensures you have a spot in your chosen accommodation area for the weekend and helps us balance the demand for the limited spaces in the different accommodation tiers. These fees will go towards offsetting the hire of the entire site plus accommodation for the weekend as well as the staff & cleaning involved. Thank you.

Bell Tent bookings are handled by an external supplier, please follow the booking link to their website.

Accommodation deadline is 1st November 2023.

SITE RULES

NO FIRES – It’s a Total Fire Ban day and night. Which means no fires at camp, no naked flames, incense, no gas or solid fuel cooking etc etc. There will be one designated fire-pit managed by the venue which is not to be interfered with or added to.

NO ANIMALS - Please leave your pets at home.

BUSH WALKS - If you venture off for a bush walk please ensure you prep for the conditions, take water, a GPS (with cached maps), don’t go on your own and let us know you are leaving and when you plan to be back.

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK - There is no lifeguard and medical help is far away. Always take a swimming partner.

LIMITED & CONSIDERATE SMOKING - No vapes or cigarettes to be consumed away from the designated area. Cigarettes need to be fully extinguished with water and placed in a designated fire-proof bin or taken home. Vapes need to be looked after as the lithium battery inside is a bushfire hazard, when finished please dispose of them at home.

LEAVE NO TRACE - Take out what you bring in.

DRIVING IN - When approaching site on the dirt road keep your speed down for safety and to keep dust to a minimum. Open your windows, smell the eucalyptus, listen to the birds and enjoy the views.

SPEED LIMIT - Max 5 km/h on-site at all times.

DO NOT LEAVE ENGINES RUNNING - This is for bushfire safety. Hot engines and dry grass don’t mix.

NO GLASS WITHIN THE POOL AREA - Very important as this venue is used as a School Summer & Scout Camp.

NO RENEGADE MUSIC - Please leave your UE Boom at home.

SILENCE AT CAMP - Please respect others and keep noise to a minimum around camp at night. Feel free to hang out and chat all night long elsewhere if you’d like to.

LOOK AFTER EACH OTHER AND HAVE FUN
